Summary: Richard got us checked in as soon as we arrived and show us around the property. Everything was great and we had everything we needed to relax for our stay. Nice beds and furniture and good appliances. It's very close to the beach.It's a great place and he takes very good care of it. We're definitely going back.

Summary: The property is perfectly located where its very close to all the attractions but far enough out to where the beaches weren't at all crowded, very clean and comfortable, had everything you would require for a comfortable getaway

Summary: I have been coming to Pensacola my whole life and well before the huge houses were built. This house was very charming and had such a homey feel to it. Russell was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had to bring our dog this trip and it was dog friendly. Win for everyone.
